Quality Assurance Analyst – Junior

Quality Assurance Analyst – Junior

Support client initiatives for systems integration and user acceptance testing, contributing to the development, maintenance and execution of an automated QA Test platform. The individual will help to review and further develop an existing strategic testing framework. The main aims of this effort are to create a framework that maximizes QA ROI, is maintainable and can be reused to a large degree to cover additional application and systems. 
  • Work with business, systems analysts and developers to define and build test strategy, plans and requirement documents.
  • Participate in the architecture, design and implementation of a maintainable and reusable test automation framework to maximize testing ROI.
  • Execute test suites, reconciliations and analyze results.
  • Help to establish quality assurance standards and best practices for test automations efforts.
  • Establish, monitor and maintain high client satisfaction levels.


  • Understanding of software quality control methodologies, including unit testing, functional testing, and regression testing.
  • Experience with Test Automation platforms (i.e. TestComplete) and complex test automation frameworks are a plus.
  • Experience with Order Management Systems (i.e. Charles River) and Trading workflows are a plus.
  • Background in Technology, Accounting, Finance or Investments.
  • Candidate should be extremely motivated to develop Financial/Investment acumen.
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
  • Experience with Database (SQL Server, SSIS), Development (C#) background, Software Development Life Cycle, Scripting languages a plus.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in order to document findings and communicate progress and issues. 


  • Bachelor in Accounting, Finance, MIS, Computer Science.
